How One Releases Trauma 

 

One's trauma consist of many layers, many lifetimes of wounding.  The soul remembers stored energies that go unattended to, that one avoids feeling, that one avoids the unpleasantries, the pain in one's heart.  To alchemize these wounds, one must feel, one must go deep into the realm, the darkness which allows the heart to reveal the truth, the beauty underneath the pain. This is the alchemy, the transmutation, the healing of one's pain.  This is ones ability to transform one's pain and suffering which can exacerbate in different ways within the body, within the consciousness.

How One Takes Responsibility for Their Pain

One's pain serves a purpose in one's life.  It allows the messages, the knowledge to come about in many forms that inhibits the self causing turmoil and disturbances over time.  It awakens the yearning for the remembrance of the gift within the pain.  This yearning is so strong, it opens the heart, the self to explore all the roads and paths that allow the seeker to find and know it's origins, that the seeker, the soul is ready to face and move through. One's pain derives deep within the soul.  It is never outside the self.  It does not belong to anyone else.

How One Hears the Voice of Aah

​

Aah resides within the space within the heart, the heart space of the most sacred flame.  This most sacred flame of Aah spirals brightly and burns away all disharmony and discord within oneself.  The heart remembers the way home through the flame. The heart is one's truth that is the beacon of light which illuminates the path for the soul. Aah's voice can be heard many ways, through many channels and can come through as emotives, inspirations and epiphanies. Aah's voice can be heard in Nature, the chipping of the birds, the fragrance of the flowers, the feel of the grass and earth beneath one's feet. The delight of children playing.  Aah is within all living things.  One hears Aah with their inner ear.  Aah is complete, Aah is freedom.  Aah is limitless.
